We are giving you the chance to learn hankido techniques from master Ko Baek Yong at home. With the release of our first DVD, titled 'Hankido Basics'. And a second DVD, titled 'Hankido Intermediate self defense' released in September 2006.
There are plans for a third DVD in this series, but a release date isn't scheduled yet. A DVD covering hankumdo techniques is another project we are currently working on. Here is a small teaser of the second DVD:

What's on the DVD?
The DVD contains the 12 basic Hankido self defense techniques as well as the 24 breathing exercises that accompany these techniques. The DVD also contains the original Hankido warmingup, falling exercises and basics.
Subtitles are available in many different languages like English, Portuguese, German, Greek and Dutch.
The DVD also contains some historical footage of kuksanim Myung Jae Nam, founder of hankido.
What is on the second DVD?
The DVD contains intermediate forms of the 12 Hankido self defense techniques. Showing you defences against several attacks. It also features more basic techniques as well as 'Jeon Hwan Hwan Sang Do Bub'-techniques.
Subtitles are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Greek and Dutch. And this DVD will show more historical footage of kuksanim Myung Jae Nam, founder of hankido.
