European seminar tour, visited the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Greece. Was accompanied by Seo Myung-won and Leon de Heus.

Release of the 2nd Hankido DVD which covers intermediate hankido self defense techniques.
2008, March
European HKD Seminars 2008, visited the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. People from all over Europe visited these seminars, new relations were established with Sami Munukka from Finland. Was accompanied by his son Ko Se-hwan.
2009, March-April
Dutch Seminars 2009. To commemorate the 20 year relation of Master Ko with the Dutch HKD Federation. Was accompanied by his son Ko Se-hwan.
2011, June
Travelled to Finland and the Netherlands to teach Hankido to the members of the Finnish and Dutch HKD organizations. Was accompanied by his son Ko Se-hwan.
2011, October
Traveled to Texas USA to teach at Sangmukwan Texas on the invitation of Tom Foucha. Was accompanied by his son Ko Se-hwan and Dutch students.
