The price for staying one week with us is 500,000 Korean won, which is approximately 500 USD. We offer you three meals a day, three training sessions a day and a place to sleep. We do expect you to take part in the program. If your goal is to go sightseeing and train irregular we advice you to look for a hotel or motel instead.

When you want to stay longer (you can stay in Korea on a tourist visa for three months) we can give you a discount.

• 1-3 weeks: 500,000 KRW per week
• 4 week-2 months: 400,000 KRW per week.
• 2-3 months: 1,250,000 KRW per month.

On Saturday there is only a morning training, but sometimes there will be seminars at the IHF headquarters in which you can participate (at a low additional cost). Sunday is your day off from training.

Expats who live in Seoul and want to train at Sangmukwan can do so either in the morning (at 10.00 AM) or at night (at 20:00 PM). The monthly training fee is 150,000 KRW for students who train five times a week and 100,000 KRW for students who train three times a week.
